As a result of the NSW Government’s COVID-19 restrictions announced over the weekend, work on the Sydney Metro Barangaroo station, One Sydney Harbour site and Hickson Park Amenities and Kiosk Building has now temporarily paused. Please note, you may still see some workers at the site. These workers will be undertaking activities in line with the current regulations to ensure the safety or security of the site.

Additionally, workers contracted by Infrastructure NSW (such as security, cleaning and horticultural staff), will continue to maintain Barangaroo’s public domain to ensure it remains accessible and safe for residents, critical work, exercise and outdoor recreation during the current shut down period.
